"Margaret spends time as a volunteer at her children’s school and is a coach for her local girls’ volleyball league. She also is an active participant in local marathons and triathlons, which raise monies for various charities. And every now and then, she steps up to the podium to sing our National Anthem. Above all else, she takes the most pride from her role as wife to Trey Godwin and mom to Annabelle and Jimmy."]Margaret Godwin brings nearly 20 years of Human Capital Management experience to the clients of MillsonJames. Margaret began her career with Hewitt Associates, a global leader in Human Resources solutions for Fortune 500 companies. While at Hewitt Associates (now AonHewitt), she held the position of Health & Welfare Benefits Operations Manager, supporting clients ranging in size from 1,000 to over 100,000. Most recently, prior to joining MillsonJames, Margaret shifted gears to focus on the small to mid-market business segment and held the position of Account Manager for a national benefits administration company. Her entire career has been dedicated to building and maintaining the ongoing relationships between the clients, benefits administrators, brokers, strategic partners and vendors. Margaret holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Stetson University and a Masters of Human Resources from Rollins College. Margaret is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and has earned her Professional of Human Resources (PHR) certification.
